CHAPTER X I
This fancy restaurant has 2 stores. Waiters are Chinese, but the chef is a Cuban man: Ismael Navarro. They all are very kind, and smiling people. Their specialities are pizzas, lasagne and beautiful salads. The price of restaurante “Tres Chinitos”´s bigger pizza is 4.00 CUC, with red peppers, mushrooms, black olives and onions, it is unbeatable.
On the Menu the following is printed
“Chinese pasta is very old. It appears in B.C. Chinese writings. Italian pasta, is only a consequence of Chinese pasta. History demontrated it through Marco Polo, the great traveller of Venice, who brought this formula from China to Europe..”
